All of my cakes are baked from scratch using the finest ingredients.

They are covered in a layer of white chocolate ganache which not only tastes delicious but enables me to get a great canvas ready to cover in sugarpaste.



Vanilla and raspberry

A classic vanilla sponge cake layered with vanilla buttercream and seedless raspberry jam.


Lemon sponge

A soft lemon sponge cake layered with lemon buttercream and a zesty lemon curd.


Chocolate Sponge

A rich chocolate sponge cake layered with Belgian chocolate buttercream.


Raspberry and White Chocolate

Raspberry sponge cake filled with fresh raspberry pieces layered with a white chocolate buttercream.


Guinness Cake

Guinness flavour sponge cake layered with Chocolate liqueur buttercream.


Sticky Ginger Cake

Ginger sponge cake layered with lemon buttercream

Caramel Cake

Caramel sponge layered with caramel sauce and caramel flavour buttercream.


Cookies and Cream

Sponge cake with oreo pieces, layered with oreo buttercream.

Biscoff

Biscoff sponge layered with Biscoff spread and Biscoff flavoured buttercream.



Other flavours may be baked upon request including fruit cake.


ALLERGIES - Cakes will be made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy and gluten, unfortunately I cannot offer cakes for allergies at this moment in time
